Amazing work! I had several smaller projects plus a tiling project that needed a creative solution and it turned out perfect! Thank you so much.

They are very knowledgeable about what they do. They explained to us the issues and how to resolve it. This is a big project for us where the builder’s sub did not do a good job building the roof top deck that caused major leaks into the house. We are so glad it’s now fixed. Thank you

Alan and crew are a family owned framing company. They framed a custom house for me in Rainier Valley. They are easy to work with and very competent framers. If you are looking for a framer I highly recommend them.

We’ve used Quality and Innovation Homes for framing and they are absolutely AWESOME. The team is professional, efficient, and their quality of work is top-notch. They communicate well, stay on schedule, and take real pride in what they do.

They also offer a range of other construction services, and based on our experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!
